Resolved: My unit EB3A will not recharge after one use, getting the run around from the techs who don’t respond.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I was given return lables and advised that they would replace the item.
This was last week on Friday. The company has no contacted me yet.
This EB3A was used one time to run a lamp during a blackout. It was brand new, purchased on 1/17/2025 from Amazon Prime.
It will not recharge through AC, DC, or solar.
I have attempted several times to get the issue resolved, but so far, there has been no response from Bluetti as to how they will solve this problem, even though the unit is still under warranty. All I want is a new unit that works.

Preferred solution: Give me another unit that will work . I will return this defective one one anytime the company wants it back.

I plug in a new 3 speed fan 9 inch car fan run it about one minute unplug in plug in a phone power bank charge it When I started bluetti eb3a was on 99 % when the little anker phone bank was fully charged bluetti was on 47 %don't do

Need to buy solar panels for my Blueetti solar generator
You can never get a hold of love customer service agent to ask questions about their products. Try to call with secret codes and live chat in the internet not a live person on the phone too many hurdles to go through,
Then when you go on their inventory and your reading facts, yet you still have questions when your spending $1,000.00 of dollars and yet you go to buy and all the products are sold out, solar panels the buisness they are in !

I simply ordered a product from bluetti and I realized when the item was going to be sent to my home in Texas that I'm going to be gone for that entire month and I'll be in Michigan. I simply want the item to be shipped to Michigan instead. That is all thank you

First of all Bluetti Customer Service has a new phone number (1-80*-***-****)
Secondly they didn't answer the call, "leave your name and number, and we'll get back to you" thus far that's a big goose egg?!

Cant charge my ac300 from the Grid its comes back 008 over current protection but I check the outlets that I plugged in ,118 volts 0n each and also when I turn the ac outlets on the ac300 it also comes back 008 error
